"Property is in need of maintenance. Common areas are extremely dirty. Part of the pool was empty and dirty. Fridge in our room wasn’t functioning. Breakfast was bland and lacks options. Staff did their best to compensate."
"Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here."
"Incredible eco lodge located right on the shores of the Carribean Sea. Super-friendly staff and nice restaurant. Highly recommended…..but be prepared for a long, albeit scenic, drive, if you arrive by car from Santo Domingo."
