"Disappointing stay – does not feel like a true 5-star resort We stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Tikida - three adults in two rooms, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to a 5-star standard. Before arrival it was almost impossible to get in touch with the hotel by email or phone, so we ended up booking via Hotels.com instead of directly. When we finally managed to reach the hotel, we booked round-trip airport transfer. Pickup on arrival was smooth, but on departure the car never showed up...

"I had a wonderful stay. Marc and his wife have created a little oasis outside the city of Taroudant that really has everything you need. They made a spectacular dinner for me and equally good breakfast and coffee. Marc even helped me with some travel tips for my motorcykle route through the Atlas Mountain. My highest recommendation for this place "

"Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy."

"A nice 3-4 star hotel, but it’s not a 5* experience. The usage of the sauna or the indoor pool is 40 EUR for 1 hour. Even if you’re not getting a massage, you will have to pay for access of the indoor facilities. There wasn't any hand sanitizer for the buffet area. So you should bring your own if you’re planning to eat in the buffet area. The location is good with great views of the beach and surfers. "
