Hoteller i Swardeston

"Stayed many times over the 3 years my son has been at UEA. Normally very good. Unfortunately the most recent was a little disappointing mostly due to the room I was allocated. I booked an executive single based on a previous stay in one of these rooms however the nicer rooms are actually only the doubles. It isn’t made very clear that an executive single purely means a slightly bigger bed. There’s nothing really executive about them (or room 15 anyway) whatsoever. In fact the room looks...

"Top hotel we have been to 5 start service on a daily basis. The spa was great and all the staff were helpful for all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon"

"Hotel standard in UK varies - this hotel is absolutely at a higher standard than most UK hotels. Spacious room, nice and comfotable beds, easy to acces by bus or taxi from airport or citycenter, quiet surroundings, a supermarket next to, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast OK - could have been improved by at slice og cheese (but we got it from the supermarket). Prices are OK. Nice hotel - we will come back!"

"Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours"

"Clean and tidy little hotel within very close walking distance to downtown Norwich. No frills or amenities, but worth the money. I would stay there again."

"Værelset var rigtigt fint, men der var ryst mm i vinduerne.. Jeg forstår det er svært med morgenmad i Covid; men der var aftensmad i restauranten, så ved ikke hvorfor man ikke også kunne få morgenmad. I stedet fik jeg lov at betale for en fuld pris morgenmad, men fik blot en supermarked vaffel, en juice brik, et æble og en youghurt.. Ikke noget jeg personligt havde lyst til."

"Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal."

"The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay"

"I had a lovely stay, the room was really nice and the staff was lovely. It was very hot at night, tho, and I felt a little worried sleeping with the window open (ground floor), but everything was fine and I would totally come back."

"Et enkelt men hyggelig hotell"

"Great breakfast"

"Meget hjælpsomt personale. Tæpper på gangarealer er lidt slidte."

"Standard room. Nothing special"
