"The house is lovely -old, but nice. Unfortunately the TV in one bedroom did not work and did not get response when inquiring with host. Pet friendly -and listed with “dog park” but doesn’t clarify that the dog park is across the busy road at the motel property. Needed to reach an extension cord under bed and realized it was quite dusty/hair where a quick swifter wipe would have been appreciated. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others…just should be clearer about...

"First, the house is clean, great location, in pretty good shape overall. The host is pretty responsive. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed by the listing vs reality of the space. The upstairs is not accommodating to adults! Felt like the listng could have noted this! There's a reason they don't show pictures of the upstairs bathroom or bedroom. You are unable to stand up in either except at the doorway. Upon arrival 3 outdoor chairs were broken. Light fixtures out. Kitchen table wobbly. We had...

"The accommodations were very nice; neat and very clean. Even when the power went out the host was very deligent in keeping us posted on the situation. Luckily, it was only out for about 30 minutes. Would recommend to friends."

"Super new and clean. Loved the open floor plan for visiting after our hikes in Acadia. Beds were very comfortable. House did not lack in any necessities. It was about a 35 minute drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Not exactly easy to run back to the house if you wanted a mid day break, but we knew the location when we booked and enjoyed the quietness of neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again. "
