"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...

"We did not receive our “check in” instructions, call was answered quickly and we made our way in. Only one king size bed in the house not two as advertised. One queen bed, two double and two singles. Master bedroom had a light that could not be turned off at all during our stay. Fan in the living room was very dirty as was the return vent for the air conditioner. Used soap in the shower, on the floor with previous occupiers products. Shower screens also need a good clean.
