Only issue is noisy kids all over, especially at the pool, but thats not the hotels fault. People should control their children better.

"Stayed one night with my partner before going down south on a roadtrip. It was a perfect start because it allowed us to avoid going into Perth on our first day in Aus, was close to shopping and groceries so we could stock up and close to Swan Valley for a bit of wineries.

"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...
"A Little GemWillow Cottage is a fabulous place to stay. The standard of cleanliness and comfort is top notch. It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home from home. The outside dining and sitting area is so peaceful and relaxing. Amanda is the perfect host and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. My only regret is that we only had two nights booked and I would have loved to have stayed longer. Don’t pass this property by!"
