"Great hotel in area where not much is happening. Lot of hospitals in the area and a few restaurants. We travelled as a family and liked the hotel. Only 200 meters from train station, so you can be in downtown Perth in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. If you have breakfast included in your stay, you can choose an item from the menu for free. "We found it was cheaper to rent this cottage outside of Perth as compared to booking an apartment in town. How nice is it to wake to the lovely chirping of birds, surrounded by a fully working and active vineyard. So peaceful. Sunsets and sun rises on the deck were amazing. Being greeted by the hosts 2 beautiful dogs was a treat also. Oh and of course, just minutes away from all the local wineries.
