"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. "This property is located on the water and has beautiful views, along with a golf course. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The Wi-Fi is great. The property is a little dated and could use some serious updates but the rooms are very clean and well-kept. What would really make this property outstanding is if they would invest in removing the seaweed from the beach so guests can enjoy it and clean the windows in the main lobby especially so the ocean view is clearly...
"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. "Resortet ligger meget for sig selv. Der er ikke mange muligheder for at gå nogle steder. Morgenmaden er vildt dyr hvis du ikke har det inkluderet. Aftensmaden på hotellet var ikke særlig god - maden på Waves var tilgegæld god.

Vi havde store problemer med adgangskortene der stoppede med at virke.
Wifien er elendig!! Hotels lover der er gratis wifi på alle fællesområder og på værelserne. Det virkede i lobbyen og nogengange ved poolen.....

Vi (3 voksne) kom trætte fra Trinidad til hotellet hvor vi kun havde booket et dobbelt værelse på forhånd, da omstændighederne ved den 3. person/2. værelse var lidt komplicerede, så det regnede vi med at klare når vi kom frem. Vi blev mødt at en meget venlig og imødekommende receptionist som var utrolig hjælpsom. Vores datter fik et værelse for natten og blev den næste dag flyttet hen ved siden af vores værelse. Al' personale var meget venlige og i møde kommene hele uge, tiltrods for...
