The villa has a capacity of 10-12 people, covers a total of 350 m2 of living space, consists of three separate units and is ideal for larger groups or several families. The first unit consists of a ground floor with a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace and pool. On the first floor there is a bedroom with separate beds, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Both rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The second unit is located on the first floor and has a spacious living area in typical Istrian style with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, a seating area and a separate toilet. At the entrance there is a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and in the upper part there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. In the second part of the courtyard there is a third unit consisting of a ground floor with billiards, darts, table tennis and a small gym, while on the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with WLAN.
