This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Zgrabljici, not far from Sveti Lovrec and 10 km from Porec and the sea. A typical Istrian tavern is only 500 metres away, there is also a wine road nearby and the Lim Channel is 8 km away. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2006 in the original Istrian style. It is set in its own garden with a well-tended lawn, 24 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with seating and barbecue and private parking for 2 cars.
This holiday home for 4-6 people with a total area of 90 m2 has 2 floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with separate beds and bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer a wonderful panoramic view. This rustically furnished holiday home is ideal for families with children and pets are welcome. The house is partially air-conditioned and WLAN is available to guests, all included in the price.
