"Great room , WiFi wasn’t the best but it was ok. The bed was a little hard but that’s of course personal preference. The service gets a lower rating as the check in process was lengthy and unorganised and several of the employees didn’t speak English and were reluctant to use the translation app and seemed uncomfortable talking to us. So that wasn’t the best experience. But the room itself and the area etc was great, so would probably stay there again despite the service at the front desk. "

"Everything was great. Large and very well-equiped rooms. Nice gym. Great breakfast and good dinner options too. Will visit again if I get the chance"

"Excellent, clean, good food, neat turistic places"

"Big hotel with all facilities located in the heart of French concession."

"Very convenient location and excellent breakfast. The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we go to Shanghai. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star. Breakfast is very nice however."

"Great hotel. Location could be better"

"A lovely, centrally located hotel close to restaurants, the metro, and shops. Good, varied breakfast. Great sky bar and main bar."

"Super service, fine værelser, meget central beliggenhed!"

"Hotel meraviglioso, con una cura straordinaria dei dettagli, camere enormi e silenziose, posizione super strategica, staff di livello elevato che parla perfettamente inglese ed è prodigo di suggerimenti. Rispetto al resto degli hotel cinesi è una perla rara."

"Gode faciliteter og beliggenhed."

"Great hotel in 192 style, (The North Building) so you get a sence of how Shanhai was in the 1920-30 . It is a great location close to the old historic french area and only 5 minutes from the Metro, so you can be at the Nanjing Road within 15 minutes. Ask for a room at the front side."
