Summary:

Everyone gets a bed, and nobody waits for a bathroom. Five bedrooms and four baths on 2.5 private acres in Suwanee - a king, two queens and four twins, sleeping 10. Cook big meals in a fully stocked kitchen, play ping pong or shoot hoops, then take the two-story deck at dusk and watch for deer in the woods out back. Parks, the Suwanee Creek Greenway, Mall of Georgia and Lake Lanier are all close, and downtown Atlanta is under an hour. Pets welcome. Free parking for the whole caravan.



The Space:

Main floor: king primary suite, a bedroom with two twins, the kitchen, and the main living area.

Upstairs: a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twins.

Basement: a queen bedroom, plus space to spread out.

Four full baths total, so mornings move fast.

THE SETTING

The house backs up to woods where deer, owls and the occasional fox pass through. Mornings on the upper deck with coffee are the reason most guests book again. Several county parks and the Suwanee Creek Greenway are a few minutes out, and I-85 access makes the rest of metro Atlanta easy to reach.



Guest Access:

The entire home, the decks, the fire pit patio and the full 2.5 acres are yours - no shared spaces and no on-site hosts. Self check-in with a keypad code sent before arrival. Parking is free and off-street, with room for several vehicles. I'm reachable by message throughout your stay and usually reply within the hour.



Other Things to Note:

The lot is wooded and rural in feel; expect wildlife, uneven ground in spots, and quiet nights.

Pets are welcome. Please let me know in advance how many and what size.

The fire pit is guest-use; please put it fully out before turning in.

Bring layers in cooler months if you plan to use the deck in the evening.
