"Nice location in beautifully renovated building. Close to great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Inviting common areas. Quiet hallways. Courteous staff. Breakfast was decent but could use a few more options. Coffee was good. Pleasant stay for my family."

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

"Service, cleanliness, space, room, our view from the room, safe area - all was great. Safe area for families. We came on a busy weekend (friday-sunday) with a large concert taking place at the city stadium. We still just payed an average price for this top end hotel with an excellent location. We paid for parkingservice at booking and it was worth it. Thre staffmembers are situated outside the hotel around the clock to help with car and luggage."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "

"Very nice property. Not a whole lot of amenities in terms of restaurants that are less than 5 minute walk, but a lot certainly in 5 min driving distance. It’s within the UC Davis medical campus, with a lot of other healthcare facilities around so the neighborhood is very chill and pleasant. The hotel itself is clean, and well maintained. What you expect of a Courtyard property."

"Overall, this was a halfway decent place to stay. The room was clean enough, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel met our basic needs, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to start breakfast a little earlier, especially for guests who need to get an early start. Earlier breakfast hours would make the experience much more convenient. Overall, it was an average stay with a few areas that could be improved...
