This extremely bright, sunny and centrally located penthouse flat offers two balconies, one facing south-east and the other south-west. From both you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the ski slopes. The fireplace, the real wood floor and the cosy, personal furnishings with wood, Swiss stone pine and "Schälleursli pictures" as well as light walls and ceilings give you a wonderful feeling of well-being. The two bathrooms, one with shower/WC and the second with whirlpool/WC, allow you to really enjoy your holiday. In the lower part of the flat is the kitchen with dining room and a multi-bed room for 4 people. A special feature is the curtain in front of each bed, which ensures that your flatmates are not disturbed. There is a double bed 160x220cm and two beds 140x200cm, these two beds are one above the other. Each bed has its own socket and lamp. A camping bed for small children is available. The third bed floor is only for sporty people and is therefore not included in the number of persons and may only be used at your own risk. An open staircase from the dining room leads to the living room and the second bedroom with double bed. In this flat you feel just as comfortable alone as with several people. Everything else is there TV, DVD, WLAN, CD and radio. In the kitchen there is of course an oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, freezer and fridge. There are two underground car parking spaces and visitor parking spaces in front of the house as well as a ski and ski boot room, cellar and washing machine/dryer including drying room. The sports bus stops 75 metres from the house. In Savognin, children under the age of 10 can use the ski lift free of charge with an adult. The guest card offers some discounts, e.g. in summer the use of the mountain railways is included.
Other sports and leisure activities: The bathing lake invites you to swim and there is always a new puptruck and a minigolf course. Hiking is of course also on the programme. In 35 minutes by car or post bus you are in the Upper Engadine where there is also a lot possible.
Excursion possibilities: Savognin Tourism provides excellent information. The thermal baths in Andeer are highly recommended. The Lenzerheide and the Upper Engadine are beautiful excursions. On the doorstep is the Parco Ela, pure nature.
Other living room equipment (living room 1): The kitchen and dining room are half a storey lower than the living room. There is an incredibly comfortable sofa in the living room where dogs and food are not allowed. All later guests will be grateful. The fireplace and the two armchairs make it cosy for many. Behind the sliding glass wall, the walnut veneer sideboard houses a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There are also some board and card games.
Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): The single beds are probably one on top of the other but in size 140x200cm and assembly very nice and currency and with the curtains some privacy is possible. There is even a third floor, but only to be used at your own risk as it is very high up. No liability is assumed. The children's bed is a camping bed that can be set up as required. The double bed in the alcove of the shared room measures 160x220cm. The room is extremely cosy and smells wonderfully of Swiss stone pine. It is the family room.
Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): Dishwasher, coffee machine, steam extractor, freezer and toaster, fondue cacelon and raccletofen. In the kitchen there are a few supplies, spices, sugar, tea and coffee capsules which may be used but must be replaced. The dining table and chairs are made from reclaimed wood. These beautiful things should be used with love and care. This applies to the entire furnishings.
