"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond.
The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they...

"Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils.
Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach.
Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away.
The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

"The bed had an uneven mattress, with unfitted sheets and the spring box mattress was metallic all around, so it was very noisy. The hotel needs an overall upgrade. The checking area was cluttered and disorganized. I wouldn’t stay again or at least for no more than 1 night."

"One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside...
