The house is a 10-min drive to explore the picturesque Batemans Bay area and surrounding local attractions.

The Space:
This 2-bed beach house features timber floors and contemporary decor, creating a homely feel. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the polished bathroom offers a shower over the bath. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Step out on the back deck to enjoy a large green garden with an undercover BBQ area and alfresco dining space — ideal for outdoor gatherings, or relax on the front deck with views of surrounding bushland and visits from local birdlife. The House

Access to house with belongings difficult as necessitated stairs. I'm not a fan of showers over bath tubs.Would have benefited from things such as cruet,oil etc.Too much kitchen stoirage used up with appliances - no room for our food.

Relaxing Stay at Coast

Property is ideally located right near the beach - ideal if you have a dog because it's a 24/7 dog beach. Home had everything you need but would be perfect with ceiling fans, a split system, and a bit of love regarding blinds and fly screens. We thoroughly enjoyed our escape though.
