The review i read before i booked, said a coffee shop/ restaurant, however on arriving and wanting to eat someting at 3 pm, the little coffee dhop/ restaurant was closeto close. I only stayed there one night but the staff were so friendly and room was clean and well prepared. Would certainly stay there again if in Surat. The night market is great for food.

I always stay here when visiting Surat Thani. Easy walk to both the night market and the river front. Also, the bus station is 5 min walk (Phantip Travel). I like this option for travel to Krabi because no need to go to train station, which is 25 min ride away and 150 baht or so. Be sure to do Phantip Travel booking online, as they dont sell tickets at the office location. Bottom line, this hotel is a great choice when bouncing through town for either Krabi/Phuket etc, or Samui. Wifi works fine. Restaurant options within a minute walk.
