"A great Hotel - which is necessary - as nothing is surrounding the location - absolutely nothing!
What bothered me was 1) Reception took the order for airport taxi evening before check out, but it was not arranged until at check out when I double checked. 2) Reception does not "serve as come" when checking people out, but let undisciplined guests just jump the queue and "serve as seen" 3) There is too long time waiting for lifts - 2 per wing not enough"

The staff is professional and friendly, everything is clean and just perfect. After many times in Greater Noida this place is my favorite one! Rooms are generous and pretty well designed. I love that place!"

"We have stayed many times in this hotel, but I have to say that this is no longer a 4,5-5 star hotel. The hotel i starting to be very worn out, during our stay the pool was closed and was rebuildt, also on the floor where we stayed there was paintwork being done in the hallways, none of these ongoing works are mentioned when you book the hotels
The rooms are also worn out, the carpets have damages and in the toilet some metalparts are very rusty, also it was not very clean.
