This space is perfect for anyone looking to get away and work from a nice quiet home office. The office space includes essentials such as notebook paper, notepad, pens, pencils, highlighters and paperclips. Free Wifi is available for your business and streaming needs. New 50" Fire Stick tv with free Netflix and Amazon Video. The bedrooms have very comfortable memory foam beds and cozy soft comforters. There is a large open kitchen with all the utensils and everything you need to cook a full meal for several people.

Guests have access to their own unit, the gazebo next to the garage and the yard. Guests cannot access the basement.

Guests have a lockbox code so interaction is not necessary unless otherwise preferred by our guests.

Quiet neighborhood with hardly any neighboring houses (besides other units in the fourplex). Behind the building is a large commercial building with a yoga studio and a great cocktail lounge with tapas and occasional live music called The Spirit Room. Thirsty Pagan Brewing/Restaurant is only two blocks away. Tower ave bars and restaurants are only 3 blocks.

Bus stop on the corner will get you anywhere in the area. Lyft and Uber services available.

This is an old building and you may hear footsteps from upstairs tenants. The front door can be hard to lock. Just push or pull while turning the deadbolt.
