The Space:

Located just 1.3km from the Mooloolaba Esplanade, this spacious four-bedroom home is tucked away in a quiet residential street while keeping you close to the beach, cafés, restaurants and everything Mooloolaba has to offer.



Inside, fresh coastal interiors, generous living spaces and plenty of natural light create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. With four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living areas and a modern open-plan kitchen and dining space, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and unwind.



Large glass sliding doors connect the indoor living area with the backyard, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. Spend sunny afternoons relaxing by the private plunge pool, fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal, or settle into the air-conditioned living room for a movie night. The fully fenced yard also provides a secure outdoor space for dogs.



Open-plan living, kitchen & dining:

Light, bright and spacious, the main living area is designed for easy holiday living. The modern kitchen features quality appliances, a large island bench with seating and a generous butler’s pantry, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Gather around the eight-seater dining table or head outside to enjoy the BBQ and alfresco dining area.



The main lounge features two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a cupboard stocked with games. A second, semi-enclosed living area offers a quieter space to relax with a book, complete with a well-stocked bookshelf.



Three bedrooms are positioned on one side of the home, while the master suite, ensuite and laundry are located separately for added privacy.



Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with glass sliding doors opening directly to the pool area.



Master Ensuite: Spacious ensuite featuring a walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet and beautiful freestanding bathtub.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.



Bedroom 4: Two king single beds, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and a desk with a small selection of books, providing a convenient workspace when needed.



Main Bathroom: Modern bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads, vanity and toilet.



Powder Room: Additional toilet with vanity and sink.



Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine, dryer and cleaning essentials, with direct access to an outdoor clothesline and a secure artificial-turf area suitable for dogs.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. There is space to park two cars in the garage and there is also free street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

Located just 1.3kms away from the esplanade in Mooloolaba, this home is nestled in a quiet residential backstreet. From this home, take your dog on an easy, 10-minute stroll to the sands of Mooloolaba. Explore the endless array of cafes, restaurants and stores that decorate the esplanade and after a long day of retail therapy, head back to the home and cool off in the refreshing pool with a drink in hand. The beloved 'Velo Project' cafe is also just right around the corner!



Mooloolaba is a coastal suburb of Maroochydore in the Sunshine Coast Region. Mooloolaba is a family-friendly location that is renowned for its beautiful beach. The glamorous beachfront esplanade is filled with shopping and foodie delights and the suburb itself provides the perfect base to enjoy and explore the entirety of the Sunshine Coast.



A short 50-metres stroll will take you to a great small park for the kids and to the renowned 'Velo Project Cafe'.



Getting Around:

Having a car is the fastest and most reliable mode of transport in our opinion. However, there are bus stops nearby to the home and public transport available.



- Mooloolaba Esplanade: 5-minute drive.

- Maroochydore: 5-minute drive.

- Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre: 7-minute drive.

- Kawana: 10-minute drive.

- Caloundra: 20-minute drive.

- Noosa Heads: 30-minute drive.

- Australia Zoo: 30-minute drive.

- Hinterland (Maleny, Montville): 30-minute drive.

- Brisbane airport: 65-minute drive.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
