The Space: This spacious two-storey beachside retreat is tucked away in the backstreets of Coolum Beach. Designed for relaxation and versatility, this holiday home features two self-contained levels connected by external stairs, making it ideal for two families or groups of friends seeking plenty of sleeping space, just moments from the beach and vibrant main street. Step inside the downstairs level to discover an open-plan living area that’s full of coastal charm. Relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy a movie on the smart TV (apps only), or keep cool with the AC unit and ceiling fan, all while overlooking the front garden’s inviting outdoor seating area. The adjoining open-plan kitchen and dining space seats six, with a newly renovated kitchen that is complete with a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee pod machine, stovetop, and microwave. This level also includes bedrooms 1-4, along with one and a half bathrooms and a laundry for added convenience. Out back, you’ll find a generous entertaining space complete with a large alfresco dining table for ten and a BBQ, all overlooking the sparkling rectangle lap pool. At the front of the home, a small grassy area provides a spot for your four-legged friend to play. The property is fully fenced when both driveway gates (one on each side) are closed, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. Take either the front or rear external stairs to reach the upper level of the home. Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living styled to perfection. Unwind on the plush sofa, catch a movie on the smart TV (apps only), or keep cool with the AC unit and ceiling fan, all while enjoying views from the narrow front balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a second BBQ overlooking the treetops. The adjoining kitchen and dining space seats six, with a newly renovated kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, stovetop, coffee pod machine and microwave. This level also offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry for added convenience.
Downstairs: Bedroom One: The main bedroom downstairs features a plush queen-sized bed, wardrobe cupboard, ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit.
Bathroom One/Laundry: At the back of the home is the bathroom, powder room and laundry. The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry room is in the centre with a front loader washing machine, sink and clothes rod. There is also a separate powder room for convenience with a toilet and sink.
Bedroom Two: Furnished with two single beds, this room has an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Bedroom Three & Four: The two remaining downstairs bedrooms are connected by an interlinking door. Each is furnished with a double/single bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to three guests per room, perfect for the kids. The AC unit is located in the fifth bedroom, with cooling and heating flowing through to the fourth.
Upstairs: Bedroom Five: The main bedroom upstairs features a plush queen-sized bed, wardrobe cupboard, ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit.
Bathroom Two, Three & Laundry: At the back of the home is two bathrooms and a laundry in the centre. Both bathrooms are complete with a shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry room is in the centre with a front loader washing machine, sink and clothes rod.
Bedroom Six: Furnished with two single beds, this room has an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Bedroom Seven: This bedroom is perfect for the kids and is furnished with a double/single bunk bed and wardrobe, comfortably sleeping up to three guests.
Bedroom Eight: The final bedroom is also fitted with a double/single bunk bed and AC unit, comfortably sleeping up to three guests ideally for children.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire double storey home along with space to park 1-3 cars in the driveway and 1 in the carport. There is also free street parking available. Please note there is no garage and the sheds are not for guest use.
The Neighborhood: Just 350m from the pristine sands of Coolum Beach, this home offers the perfect base for leisurely seaside strolls and exploring all that Coolum has to offer on foot. Coolum Village is 150m away and offers a Coles supermarket along with a variety of shops and cafes. The Coolum Beach Surf Club, patrolled beach and vibrant main street is under 850m away, where the esplanade is lined with bustling cafes, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy swimming, surfing, or paddle boarding at the patrolled beach, or for a dose of adventure, take a quick 8-minute drive to Mount Coolum’s base and enjoy an unforgettable hike and spectacular views from the top.
Getting Around: It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 4-minute (300m) walk to Birtwill Street where the bus can be caught to Noosa (northbound), SC Airport and Maroochydore (southbound).
Other Things to Note: *Pet-friendly for max 2 dogs - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
