Other things to note
Garaged carspace
The undercover garage is very narrow so you may feel more comfortable parking outside on the street which is free and always available.
U1 and U2 share the same set of stairs which leads to the front courtyard of U1.
Children
As this property is two levels with a balcony off the master bedroom, we recommend this is not suitable for children between 1 and 8 years of age.

Renovation works at Unit 5 will commence on Monday, 1st September, with completion anticipated by 8th December. We are unit 1 so we are not directly beside.
Work hours will be between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
