San Marino Unit 7 Golden Beach

This unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the main bathroom was fully renovated in November 2018 and the ensuite is shown in the 10th photo along), a spacious living area and lots of sun.

The unit will accommodate up to 4 guests plus an extra person on a trundle bed. Other features include air-conditioned bedrooms, fully renovated kitchen, TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.

You can also take advantage of the free BBQ's at the park opposite the unit, or enjoy dining-out at one of the many cafes and restaurants in Golden Beach or the town centre close by.

The unit has a single lock-up garage and is located on the 3rd floor with stairs.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $147 p.w. (price includes trundle bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
