This 2 bedroom unit is perfectly situated only 150 metres to beautiful Kings Beach and within short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, club and tavern for you to fully enjoy your holiday experience.

This unit is air-conditioned in the main living area and contains furnishings that epitomise comfort and style. The unit offers a microwave and dishwasher in the well-appointed kitchen along with a DVD and VCR player plus a barbecue for your enjoyment. Alternatively you can just relax by the pool within the complex.

Car accommodation is single lock-up.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff.

Linen - Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
