Newly renovated apartment finished Sept 2022. Offers lots of natural light and ocean views from top balcony. Large lounge room and kitchen that also opens out to a large under cover balcony. The pool area hosts a white concrete table to sit and dine at.
Beautifully designed 3 bedroom apt with private pool. It hosts 1 king and 2 queen beds in the accomodation. The top level is the master bedroom with large balcony to sit and enjoy a coffee or a wine and take in the views of the ocean. The main level then hosts master bathroom with Bath, dinning area and chefs kitchen. There is a sunken lounge room with lots of setting for all.
The Apartment is a 2 min walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants and surf club in Sunshine Beach. You are able to walk along the beach and into the National Park to Hasting Street.This is about 1 hour walk. Noosa Junction is a 5 min drive which is where you will find everything you need.
Head to the style, ease and laid-back atmosphere that makes Sunshine Beach such a popular choice for visitors to Noosa. Once known as Golden Beach, Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambience of stylish boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
Join the local cafe society – find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh local produce or a snack.
Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the waves. Or if coffee is something you can`t do without, experience a espresso or what ever your favourite is.
Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy at the foreshore. The wide, open coastline hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the section in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year round.
After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant.
Please note Sunshine Beach is Part of Noosa National Park, we do a professional pest spray every 12 months to help with Cockroaches and ants, however we can not prevent them coming in sometimes . There also may be insects and animals in the outdoor areas but this is very unusual. The air conditioner units are fully services and cleaned every 12 months as is required to keep them clean and in full working order. As we live in a tropical Area the weather/rain will not be a reason for a refund however most of the time the Sun is Shining.
The apartment is on a bus route, also ubers and taxis available
`Uber is widely used in our area and we have free bus services in the school holidays. The 626 bus route, goes to Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads (Hastings Street) & Noosa River. Airport buses drop and pick-up at the door.` GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

Guests must: • Only use the premises for lawful short stay residential purposes. • Not use decks, balconies, pools, or outdoor areas in a manner that impacts neighbours or the community. • Immediately comply with requests from the Manager/Contact Person regarding behaviour or noise.
Visitor Limits
Guests must: • Ensure the number of overnight occupants does not exceed the maximum permitted in the approval. • Ensure day visitors do not create noise, parking, or amenity issues. • Not host parties, events, or gatherings unless expressly permitted by approval.
Parking and Vehicles
Guests must: • Park vehicles on-site and within designated parking areas where provided. • Not block neighbouring driveways, footpaths, verges, or the street. • Ensure vehicles do not cause nuisance, congestion, or access issues.
Waste and Rubbish
Guests must: • Dispose of waste responsibly using the bins provided. • Place bins out only on collection days and return them to the property promptly. • Avoid littering or leaving rubbish outside bins in a manner that attracts wildlife.
Security and Safety
Guests must: • Lock the premises when leaving and secure windows where appropriate. • Safely use appliances, fires, BBQs, and equipment as supplied.
Manager/Contact Person
Guests must: • Immediately comply with any reasonable direction from the approved contact person managing the property. • Understand that breaches may result in termination of stay, removal from the property, and/or notification to Council.

Relaxing and beautiful.
The check in was super easy and the kitchen facilities made it easy to make everything from home. We loved the place especially the roof top area.

For the price we were very disappointed. Similar issues to those mentioned in other reviews for these apartments. Cheaply done, poorly maintained and appointed. Dirty sheet on master bed, no flat sheet. Smelly and old bath towels (only one set). Leaking shower and running toilet. No tea towel and handwash at kitchen sink, lacking in basic amenities. No pots and pans with essentially empty kitchen cupboards. Strangely no BBQ for a coastal holiday home. Broken blind in master bed letting light in. No clothes dryer for a family apartment. Scuffed walls. No hangers, hanging space in bedrooms downstairs. No drawers in bedrooms. Obviously not interested in making an enjoyable stay for visitors, just an investment. We invited family stay and we’re apologising!!
