This unit offers guests a lovely modern and comfortable interior and north facing balcony perfect to relax and unwind and enjoy lovely winter sun.
This 2 bedroom property can accomdate up to 4 people with a queen and 2 singles (linen is supplied). There is 1 bathroom with a walk in shower and a single lock up garage with a washing machine and clothes airer (no dryer). Other features include, ceiling fans throughout, TV, free Wifi, fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, lovely balcony with outdoor setting.
Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas and childrens playground. The unit is close by to an interactive water feature, the Kings Beach Surf Club and Kings Beach Tavern. These are all within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the unit. Other features including a single lock up garage, Wifi ceiling fans (living and main bedroom), washing machine and clothes airer.
The unit is located on the 1st floor with stairs (approx. 16 steps).
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.
