A highlight of the apartment is its expansive rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views across the coastline — perfect for catching the sunrise, sunbathing, or relaxing in the ocean breeze.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Gather around the island bench for casual meals or step onto the balcony for dining with a view. The adjacent living area offers a Smart TV and comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.



The first and second bedrooms include a queen bed and direct access to the large wraparound terrace, while the third bedroom offers two king single beds, ideal for children or friends. Two full bathrooms add to your everyday convenience with one bathtub for long, relaxing soaks.
