Thanks for posting a very candid review of your experience with us. We are sincerely apologetic with regards to the over-payments and once this was identified we refunded all monies paid immediately. WE then emailed you expressing our regret and advising this had been rectified. It was most unfortunate your booked accommodation did not meet your expectations however your booking was for our simplest room type. The studio rooms are basic and consist of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is tea and coffee making facilities with a microwave and bar fridge. This is well advertised on all our websites and no measurements of these rooms have been taken or are included in our descriptions. The location of these units are without discrimination and have adequate window furnishings to ensure total privacy when required. WE do wish you had brought any cleaning issues to our attention at the time as staff are always happy to ensure all guests are safe and happy in their accommodation. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have completed our pool lounge renovations and are very proud to advise that free and unlimited WIFI is now available in all apartments and throughout the resort. WE appreciate customer feedback and again thank you for providing yours.

Hi Jin,Was there anything in particular that you were unhappy with?

Hi Maria,I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us, yes there are steps everywhere with no lifts or ramps. The reason being the building was built 40 years ago by Kerry Packer and back then there was no such thing as proper disable access. If guests call us when they book and ask about access we are always up front about the steps to and from units to the amenities. Unfortunately we didn't here from you before you arrived, had we done so we could have allocated an apartment that had only a few steps to negotiate when coming and going. The pools and spas are always going to be half a dozen steps to get to and from though. There are hand rails you can use to get in and out of the water, but yes the 2 steps into and out of the pool are about 20 to 30cm high. Thank you for the input on the mattress I will have a look and replace it if it is as you say hard and thin.
