**Please note:** the driveway is very steep and narrow, so please take care when driving in and out.

Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).

Check out before 10 AM



Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

Spend your mornings walking to the beach for a swim or coffee, browse the boutique shops along the esplanade, or enjoy lunch at one of the many local cafés and restaurants. Coolum offers a relaxed beachside atmosphere while still being close to some of the Sunshine Coast's best attractions.



If you're feeling adventurous, hike to the summit of Mount Coolum for breathtaking panoramic views, explore the beautiful coastal boardwalk and nearby bays, or simply spend the day soaking up the sun on the patrolled beach. Whale watching (seasonal), surfing, coastal walks and stunning sunrises are all part of the local lifestyle.

Getting Around:

One of the best things about this location is that you can leave the car behind. Many of Coolum Beach's cafés, restaurants, shops and the beach itself are within easy walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed coastal holiday.



For exploring further afield, having a car is recommended, with Noosa, Maroochydore, the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and many of the region's attractions all within an easy drive.



Public buses also service Coolum Beach, providing convenient connections to Noosa, Maroochydore and surrounding suburbs, while Sunshine Coast Airport is only around a 15-minute drive away.

A NOISE MONITORING DEVICE IS INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY to ensure guests' compliance with our house rules. Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is STRICTLY NOT suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.



HOUSE RULES:

- no smoking or vaping inside of the property

- no pets allowed (no exceptions)

- no parties/events

- no extra guests, registered guests only

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
