The open-plan layout seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. You will have access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard. You may utilise the garage to park a singular car as well as the driveway and street parking for any additional cars you may have.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. Getting around Maroochydore is a breeze. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to local shops, cafes, and the stunning Maroochydore Beach (15-minute walk). With its prime location and easy access to various transportation options, Maroochydore is the perfect base for your Sunshine Coast adventure.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
