Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.



Please note out of respect for our neighbours, this property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

You are staying within the FREE courtesy bus pickup area, which runs regularly daily. You will find the courtesy bus booking contact details in our guest book.



Other Things to Note:

Monterey apartment complex is situated on a busy road. Please note traffic noise is present, however double glazed windows offer a good comfort during the night.
