Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your arrival for security reasons).

Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available.

Late check out is subject to availability for an extra fee.



The Neighborhood:

Alexandra Headland, known locally as “Alex,” is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most loved beachside spots. Framed by golden sand and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, it sits perfectly between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, offering the best of both worlds – laid-back beach days and vibrant dining just minutes away.

Enjoy early morning walks along the coastal path, a swim or surf at the patrolled beach, and sunset drinks at one of the nearby cafés or surf clubs. Everything you need is within easy reach, yet the area retains its peaceful seaside charm.



Getting Around:

The apartment is just a short stroll to Alexandra Headland Beach, where you'll find beautiful coastal walking paths, surf breaks, parks, playgrounds, cafés, and restaurants.



If you're looking to explore further, public buses operate regularly along Alexandra Parade, making it easy to visit Maroochydore, Cotton Tree, Mooloolaba, and other nearby beaches without needing to drive.



For those with a car, there is secure onsite parking available, and you're just:



* 5 minutes to Mooloolaba

* 8 minutes to Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore

* 15 minutes to Sunshine Coast Airport

* 20–30 minutes to popular attractions including Australia Zoo, SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast, and the Hinterland villages of Montville and Maleny.



Ride-share services such as Uber are readily available throughout the area, making it easy to get around if you'd rather not drive.



Other Things to Note:

This property is located within a family-oriented resort. All guests must comply with council regulations and Mirage Resort Body Corporate rules at all times.

This apartment is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any disturbance reported by neighbours or resort management may result in security call-out charges and immediate cancellation without refund.



HOUSE RULES:

• No smoking anywhere on the property, including the apartment, balconies, car parks, driveways, pool areas, or any common areas

• No pets

• No parties or events

• No additional guests or visitors beyond those confirmed at the time of booking

• No loud music or excessive noise (Quiet hours between 9 PM - 7 AM)

• Maximum of one vehicle per booking. Visitor parking is not permitted unless approved by the site manager (garage height limit 2.1m)

• E-bikes and scooters must not be taken into the building. Charging is only permitted at the designated charging station, and storage is restricted to your allocated car space



Neighbours and resort management monitor noise and disturbances closely and will report any issues immediately.
