We usually stay at Sea Trail, but this was our first time staying in this particular unit. It was difficult to find a place that had adequate appropriate sleeping arrangements for two adult couples, two single, young adults, and two teenage girls. Ultimately, we chose this unit based on those needs, and for that, it was just right. It was clean, but we did have a few cockroaches throughout the week and the garbage bin outside had not been emptied from the previous occupants. The furnishings were comfortable, but the kitchen was lacking in some basics. Pot holders and/or oven mitts, as well as extra kitchen towels would have been greatly appreciated. A blender, although certainly not a necessity, would have been a welcomed addition. The kitchen itself was, in our opinions, in desperate need of updating. There was a hole burned onto the laminate countertop and a piece of the laminate trim on the corner of the countertop was pulled completely loose and taped into place. The kitchen, likely, had never been updated from its original state at the time of being built. Overall, the space was comfortable and adequate. It was the location and the company that made this trip wonderful and memorable. We did appreciate that the Activity Center admission was included in the rent. This was something we have paid out of pocket upon arrival on previous stays in other units.
