"The area was terrible. Homeless people outside using drugs. My room was on the third floor and the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes. The room was dirty. And, to top it off, the A/C was broken in the middle of a CA heat wave. I asked for a new room but the front desk staff said the hotel was booked and refused me a refund. The front desk staff were also incredibly rude. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed! Ceiling falling down, drug transactions happening on the stairwell without a way down! Dirty unkept rooms. Ended up moving to another hotel no offer of refund! Called property multiple times to be told the person who can authorize refund is unavailable and still no return call! Went for business purpose had no idea what we were getting into until we arrived. We should have known when checking in and the man behind counter said no worries property...

"Beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, area felt safe.
Loved that Costco was across the street. Room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here anytime we are in the area. Our bathroom sink had a small leak underneath. but not a big enough concern or issue to give a negative review. Just letting it be known so it can be fixed. Staff was friendly."
