"This property was absolutely beautiful! The owner has it stocked with all the essentials. She was very helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had. Had a binder of info on hubting/fishing, food, and property info. She checked in daily on us and we had the most delicious cinnamon rolls as a welcome treat! EAT BREAKFAST OUTSIDE at least once! It is quiet and peaceful! I HIGHLY recommend this property and will for sure be back!!"

"We had a great time. The property is very nice. View of the lake was beautiful, the pool was wonderful. The cabin was cute and stocked with all we needed. The boat dock was awesome, a safe place to put our boat and a great swim platform. The owners are fantastic very accommodating and friendly."

"Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return! "

"Janie was easy to get ahold of. It was such a fun glamping experience. Jamie had a installed a smart tv and dvd player for any additinal entertainment. My husband and I enjoyed the sunrises and interacting with the horses the most. We didn’t have time to partake of the hot tub but it looked fabulous! "

"What a wonderful “home away from home!” We had an incredible time enjoying this amazing property with our large family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen was very well-stocked and designed for multiple cooks. It was a very nice touch that we were able to pick peppers, tomatoes and onions from the U-Pick Garden and cook them for our Taco Night. "Quiet and out of the way. Really nice place! I wish we could have stayed longer. Really enjoyed the fire pit which they laid out for us. I wish the instructions made it easier to find. It's not visible from the road and left us guessing where it was. For future visitors, go down the road marked Wylee's Way and it's at the end."
