Vacation apartment MB East

Welcome.

Our 150-square-meter vacation home in Sundhausen, consisting of an East Apartment and a West Apartment, can accommodate a total of 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both apartments, which are identically furnished, can be booked and used either separately or together.

It is located just 7.5 kilometers from the spa town of Bad Langensalza and 40 kilometers from the beautiful capital city of Erfurt.

Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these vacation apartments—each measuring 75 square meters—offer a place to stay alone, as a couple, with family or friends, for short trips, business trips, and much more, all in a rural setting.

Both apartments each feature:

a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and modern furnishings, as well as a sleeper sofa, a TV with Netflix, and a large dining table with chairs
a modern bathroom including towels, a spacious shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, electric mirror, and a bathtub
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (including linens), a closet, and a TV
a 1.4-meter-wide sofa bed for 2 people
a utilityutility room with a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a sink
a coat closet in the entryway
a spacious terrace, including patio furniture, a parasol, a grill, as well as connections for TV and electricity, and, upon request/ by arrangement, a mobile beer tap system
Underfloor heating and electric roller shutters throughout the house
Apartments are at ground level and accessible
A shopping and shuttle service, by arrangement
Check-in: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 2:00 p.m.
