Welcome to our Sunapee Mountain Retreat our Brand new, completed in May 2023, 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental nestled on Nutting Road in the serene town of Sunapee, New Hampshire. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, modern amenities, and natural beauty, making it an ideal destination for family gatherings, group getaways, or simply a peaceful escape. This home is located just 8 minutes from Vail owned Mount Sunapee Ski resort, and 9 minutes from Lake Sunapee's public beach, and just 10 Minutes from a public boat launch.

The Space:
Step inside and discover a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room welcomes you with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and offers the space and tools needed to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy family dinners in the adjacent dining area, fostering cherished moments and conversations.
The 5 well-appointed bedrooms are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Each room comes with ceiling fans, ensuring a comfortable breeze during warmer days. Please note that the ceiling fan in the 5th bedroom downstairs is deactivated to prioritize the safety of small children. However, adults can easily activate it by unwrapping the hidden chain around the fan base. Kindly deactivate it before departure for everyone's safety.
During the summer months, stay cool and comfortable with the two mini-split air conditioners provided on the main level. One unit is located in the master bedroom, while the other cools the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Embrace the surroundings and enjoy a night from the outdoor deck, furnished with comfortable seating.

As the colder months arrive, you'll be pleased to find a whole-house heating system to keep you warm and cozy. Additionally, a gas fireplace in the downstairs den provides a charming ambiance. Operated with a wall switch timer, please remember to use it responsibly and never leave it unattended. The safety of small children is important, so please practice wise fireplace etiquette. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in a closet on the main level, adjacent to the entryway. Basic cleaning supplies such as a broom, dustpan, mop, and stick vacuum can be found in the kitchen pantry. We kindly request that you treat this beautiful home with care during your stay.

For your Entertainment:

Enjoy your favorite subscription services on the two Roku Smart TVs provided. One TV is located in the master bedroom, while the other is in the downstairs den.

The downstairs TV offers Amazon Fire TV access and features Jackbox party games for endless entertainment. Simply search for 'Jackbox Party Pack 2' and/or 'Drawful 2' to play. Use your phone as a 'controller' by visiting Jackbox .tv and typing in the four-letter room code found in the lobby. We recommend popular games like Fibbage 2, Quiplash, and Drawful 2, suitable for all ages. Don't forget to check out the family-friendly settings available for most games.

For those who prefer traditional games, Codenames and Apples to Apples are available upstairs in the living room coffee table compartment.
