Beautiful Luxury Elkhorn Golf Club Townhome

Centrally located in the Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Club and Sun Valley Elkhorn Association Village Pool and Hot Tub, this luxurious townhome is one of only 9 units in a quiet, private enclave on the first Fairway of the Elkhorn Golf Course. Loaded with amenities including Central Heat and Air Conditioning, Private Patio with stunning views of Elkhorn First Fairway and surrounding mountains, BBQ, Outdoor Furniture Set, and a Private Hot Tub on our Patio. Affiliation with the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association offers guests access to two large new outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, and large hot tub area.

This is a beautifully updated, spacious 3000 sf (3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom (each bedroom with en suite private bath) private townhome. Professionally decorated in a classic Sun Valley, alpine style, the interiors are a mixture of European antiques, comfortably elegant furnishings, original artwork and tasteful accents.

Main entry features soaring ceilings and a gorgeous tiered antler chandelier. Gourmet kitchen includes Black Forest granite countertops, Alderwood cabinetry, built-in stainless convection/microwave ovens, dishwasher and refrigerator. Adjacent dining area offers space for 8 guests. Living room includes large nailhead sectional, leather armchairs, impressive stone fireplace. and a second antler chandelier. Lovely powder room bath also on main level. Lower level includes combo washer/dryer, sink and exit to attached two-car garage.

Two spacious second level guest suites each feature traditional alpine decor, one with queen bed and small patio, one with king bed. Both with en-suite private bath.
Third-level Master Suite is a private enclave with soaring beamed cathedral ceiling, massive antique bronze chandelier, rich mahogany furnishings, classic wool plaid accents, and equestrian artwork and accessories. Master bath with large double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Fourth level office/sitting room is a quiet retreat with two large desks, bookcase and matching cabinet, and leather sofa.

This magnificent townhome offers the privacy, space and elegance of a private home, in a convenient location, with the flexibility of turnkey, resort-style living. Beautiful home. Great communication with Tim. Can’t beat the location! We loved the view out to the 1st hole of the Elkhorn golf course and the hot tub. It is very decorated in a Ralph Lauren style - so we had to move some things out of the way of little hands so they wouldn’t get damaged. Probably better for adults in that way. The kitchen is more complete than my own - with all the oils and spices you could ever want. We were an 8 night stay!

Great place to stay!

Everything you could imagine. Great location, furnishings, and extremely comfortable.The condo is completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. It is nicely updated and well kept. Deer visit in the morning, and we even saw a couple coyotes. You won’t be disappointed. Excellent communication, easy check in and out. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again. Thanks for everything!

Elkhorn Elegance!

Everything about the stay in this condo was flawless. The condo has an air of elegance that reminded me of the Biltmore in Asheville, NC! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was exceptionally clean, stocked with all the necessities and lots of additional unexpected items. The location is central to the airport, Bailey and Ketchum making easy access to all activities. We are already looking forward to another adventure in Idaho and look forward to staying again at this outstanding property!

This is our 4th (I believe) stay at this beautiful Elkhorn townhome. We have enjoyed this home during both the summer and winter months and have never had a complaint. The owner is very responsive and always makes sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. The property is beautifully furnished and well-appointed. The townhouse is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is quiet and you can walk across to the golf club, Pickleball and tennis courts and swimming pool. A private hot tub is on the deck. It is a short easy drive to the Sun Valley Lodge and Village and Pavillion, and into Ketchum. Tim is a very responsive host and checked in to see if all was OK and whether we needed anything. The central a/c is a plus in the summer. We highly recommend!!

Another Wonderful Stay!

This was our third time staying in this beautifully-appointed Elkhorn property. In addition to the fantastic location, right by the main Elkhorn tennis / pool / golf complex, this home has everything you need and then some. The furnishings and decor are above and beyond any other rental property we have stayed at, and the kitchen is well-stocked with anything you might need to cook at home. The private hot tub on the back deck is an added bonus. We have already re-booked this same home to return for ski season. The owner, Tim, is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We have nothing but positive reviews and can't wait to return.

Wonderful Elkhorn Stay!

The townhouse is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was spotless. The location in Elkhorn next to the golf club, pool, and tennis courts was great. We enjoyed the walking and biking trails throughout the neighborhood. It is a quick drive to Sun Valley/Ketchum. The hot tub on the back porch and views of the first fairway were a plus. Tim is a great host. Thanks so much. We would love to come back.

Fantastic Layout

Another Wonderful Visit

This is our second time staying at this beautiful Elkhorn townhome. The furnishings and decor are beautiful; you truly feel like you are staying as a guest in someone's private home vs a standard rental. The kitchen and household supplies are well-stocked and equipped (which is also not always the case in a standard rental!). The bonus is the private hot tub on the back deck. Tim, the owner, is extremely easy to communicate with and always makes sure we have everything we need. We have already booked the same home for our visit to Sun Valley this summer. This townhome is a real treat for anyone who gets to stay there!

Ski Adventure

The unit is very nice. Beautiful artwork and many beautiful antiques. The view of snow out the back was lovely. Tim answered every question really fast. The property manager was a help when the smoke alarm started to chirp and was on a high vaulted ceiling. The skiing was amazing with tons of snow. The unit is in a great location to the Sun Valley Lodge, the town, and the slopes. Very close to Dollar Mtn. Perfect for our Ski Adventure!

Amazing!

Such a gorgeous home. Extremely well appointed and fully stocked with all kitchen and bath items. Owner was an excellent communicator and printed property guide was great. Elkhorn location was excellent with quick access to dollar and bald mountains and Sunvalley resort. Hope to come back again.
