"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

"This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend...

"Our friends and family were in heaven staying at this gorgeous house! Everything was brand new and in pristine condition. The view and the deck were breathtaking. The hot tub and fire pit were another reason we loved this house. Close to the mountain but felt so secluded and private. We can’t wait to return! We had difficulty finding it because the actual road it’s on is brand new but the owner immediately sent us a gps location and helped us. The only thing we wished it had was a propane grill...

"We had a group of guys staying on the property and we had a ton of fun. There's a great backyard for lawn games, a hot tub, a grill and there was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Sunday River is an awesome area!"
