This home features a 35' dock with swim ladder, cleats and new heavy duty dock posts plus an outdoor shower and water hose for rinsing down the boat. Beautiful and spacious open floor plan with high ceilings and tile flooring throughout. Main living area features double slider doors that over look the tranquil waters of the Florida Keys and leads out to a covered porch with table and chairs! Comfortable seating with designer fish motif sofa and love seat and dining room table seats six. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and its own private bath, the Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with private entrance. Additional amenities include Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Central A/C, Basic Cable, WiFi, Gas Grill and a shaded area underneath with a picnic table for outdoor dining.
