The home features three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.
Primary Bedroom features a King Bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Full bed. Outside, enjoy direct access to crystal-clear canal waters, perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. After a day of boating or fishing in the Florida Keys, guests can tie up at the 25 feet of available dockage and take advantage of the convenient fish-cleaning station. As evening falls, relax in the private hot tub or enjoy cocktails beneath the charming tiki hut while watching the sunset over the water. Please note that the boat lift is reserved for owner use only.

This home is pet friendly with prior approval only and payment of non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Rental Manager must be notified at time of booking.
Whether you're planning an extended Florida Keys vacation, a seasonal retreat, or a work-from-paradise getaway, Latitude Adjustment offers the luxury, location, and lifestyle that make every day feel like a holiday.
This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included up to $200 for water usage and $300 for electric usage. To ensure that you are protected, a Damage Waiver policy is included with your stay and may help protect up to $3000 in accidental damages. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
