"So impressed the 1st time that we came back!"

"Nice hotel, however a few notes in regard the professionalism of the staff, front desk agent missed to inform the hours of the breakfast that apparently was closed 1 hour before indicated time in the website, as well at the check in she lucked to mention where the elevators were, Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing. I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances."

"We were there in the summer with my husband and son, one of the best hotels i ever stayed in in our first trip to USA, nice flats modern and with all you need, beautifull pool and amazing breakfast, near is a target, shuttle to nearby areas, totally recommend amazing first impression in first us trip, 10 mins train trip to north station were one can go to multiple cities and boston city, we arrived earlier and got an early check in and late check in before trip to aiport, nice friendly stuff...

"There is no hot breakfast or nightly social for the foreseeable future. Construction is happening and there is a lot of noise and people running around. I would not recommend until all of that is over. Very disappointed and wished I had known what I was getting into. Totally ruined my trip to Burlington."

"Desk light so dim that it was more comparable to a nightlight. Bathtub clogged so we had to wait a half an hour to 45 minutes between our showers so the water could slowly drain out. I put a couple of items in the refrigerator so that I could have an iced coffee and breakfast in the morning in my room, but when I went to get my items out of the refrigerator in the morning, they were frozen solid as a brick. Also, every time I stepped out of the room during the morning hours, I kept being asked...

"Property did not appear to be safe as several people were seen hanging out drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot. Night staff was very helpful however the room was so dirty, we ended up leaving immediately. There were no other available rooms so we booked a stay at a different hotel. The stove was filthy, the toilet had things floating in it with hair on top of the seat and in the toilet bowl, and the bathtub was not cleaned. There was a horrible scent to the room that immediately made me...

"Awful and bad smelling Hotel. It was so cold and the windows are so old that they cannot close and when raining the entire floor area around windows get flooded and the central heating is extremely noisy so cannot be used during night time… we changed rooms several times but just as bad in all rooms. It an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand. Everything is beneath Motel standard…. Stay somewhere else "
