"It's a nice place. Definitely handy to all the DC attractions. Is spacious, well equipped. Would definitely recommend it. When we stayed though, the upstairs toilet was broken, the kitchen sink drained very slowly, and the waste disposal didn't work. It just needs some attention to these issues. I am not giving these types of VRBOs a hall pass for this anymore, given what you pay per night, you expect basic plumbing and appliances to work properly."

"Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental."

"The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What...

"House was great for the 6 of us and our dog. Great location and easy to get to the train as needed. Host was very responsive whenever we ran into an issue. "

"Great location, very clean, super comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix, there were some board games too. There is a nice deck and backyard with a grill (we did not have time to use but looked great!) Host is so friendly, welcoming and very quick in responding to messages. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family."
