"New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!"

"Fint hotel, centralt. Godt udgangspunkt for Ayala centeret samt ture i området. Hjælpsomt personale. Fin morgenmad med mange muligheder."

"Nice breakfast menu, nice experience"

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"Me and my wife stayed there for three nights. The hotel facilities are good and everything is clean and tidy. The staff is also very friendly. There was only one thing we didn't like and that was the noise from the traffic outside. The first night we slept on third floor next to the main road. It was very noisy and we didn't sleep much. We complained and got another room which was much better though we could still hear the traffic without it causing us problems to sleep."

"Rigtig god morgenmad! Vi havde en god oplevelse"

"The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with the bathroom sink. Fortunately after we called room service, they immediately fixed it. The filipino breakfast buffet was great with fresh fruits served daily."

"Complaint number one front desk forgot to put three days on our card and the power went out on the first day. She only charge our card with one day 12 midnight power went out we had no air con no lights no nothing we were waking up with extreme heat called front desk and told them we were not happy. Complaint number two. The bathroom floor was flooding from the shower we were walking in the lake the problem with the hotels in the Philippines you cannot request your money back. They just give you...

"The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance."

"It was very spacious .. we booked a premium 3 bedrooms for our family !! Everyone was comfortable ..! Service was great very accommodating !"
