Only six minutes from the beach and a short drive to Byron Bay, it offers the perfect balance of seclusion and connection. With refined interiors, open plan living, and a sunlit pool terrace, the home is designed for families and discerning travellers seeking calm, comfort and style.

The Space
Palmcliff House blends contemporary architecture with the warmth of coastal living. Set across two light filled levels, the home feels open yet intimate, encouraging guests to slow down and enjoy the rhythm of the day.

Upstairs, large windows flood the space with natural light. The open plan living area, kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly to a wide balcony with tranquil views across the hinterland and cliffs. It is the perfect setting for morning coffee, long lunches and sunset drinks.

Downstairs opens to landscaped gardens and the pool terrace. Two comfortable lounge areas offer space for connection or quiet retreat, while five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests in relaxed luxury. Every detail, from the polished timber floors to the soft furnishings and layered textures, has been chosen for comfort and ease.

Living
Upstairs, high ceilings and wide windows frame the treetops and distant hills. The open living space feels bright and welcoming, perfect for conversation or quiet relaxation. Sliding doors open to the balcony, where guests can enjoy the breeze and the ever-changing light.

Downstairs, a second living area connects directly to the garden and pool, creating a relaxed setting for movie nights, games or family time after a day by the sea.

Cooking and Dining
The kitchen is both beautiful and functional. Smooth concrete benchtops, premium appliances and a generous island bench make preparing meals a pleasure. The adjoining dining area, anchored by a large timber table, flows easily to the living space and balcony, creating a natural gathering point throughout the day.

Each bedroom has been created as a calm retreat. Two king suites include private ensuites, while three queen bedrooms share well appointed bathrooms. Every room features quality linen, soft colours and peaceful outlooks.

Guest Arrival
A Kalio Concierge Host may greet you on arrival to hand over the keys and offer a short tour of the property. Guests who prefer a flexible arrival can check in independently using the secure lockbox.

Transit
Palmcliff House is best accessed by car. There is ample off street parking available on the property. Byron Bay is around twenty minutes away by car, and Brunswick Heads can be reached in about seven minutes. Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is approximately thirty minutes away, and Gold Coast Airport is just under an hour’s drive.

Location
Palmcliff House sits in a peaceful enclave of Ocean Shores, surrounded by trees and open space yet only minutes from the coast. The beach is six minutes away, while Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads are an easy drive for dining, markets and boutique shopping. The position offers privacy, calm and convenience within one of the region’s most beautiful pockets.

Nearby attractions include Brunswick Heads Nature Reserve, New Brighton Beach, the cafes and boutiques of Bangalow and the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse walk.
