Your perfect four-season retreat at this breathtaking lake house on Macfarlane Lake, featuring over 200 ft of private lakefront. Enjoy two large docks and outdoor dining on the patio with a BBQ. Summer activities include swimming, fishing, and water sports, while winter offers ice fishing, snowmobiling, and hockey. Kivi Park, with its hiking trails, is just a 5-minute drive away, and the town is under 15 minutes away. The lake house boasts five spacious bedrooms, a hot tub, pool table, games, and a sauna.

HOUSE RULES:
• No Parties: Fines may apply for any noise complaints or disturbances. If you have questions about the rules, please message us for clarification.

PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking.
2. Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
3. Non-Refundable Processing Fees:
• A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction made.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations follow our standard policy. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID is required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) is required upon booking.
• Parking: There is plenty of free parking on the property.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind. There is a ring doorbell camera. No cameras are facing or inside the home.
• Maintenance: Lawn care is done on a routine basis, typically once a week.

HOUSE RULES:

• Shoes off in bedrooms (please use provided tray)
• We are not responsible for items left behind after checkout
• A refundable damage deposit is held upon booking and released after inspection of the home and amenities

• Use at your own risk
• Not recommended for pregnant guests, children, or anyone with medical conditions (heart, respiratory, or blood pressure concerns) without medical advice
• Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Stay hydrated and limit usage time
• Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell
• By using the sauna, guests acknowledge responsibility for their own safety
