"Good restaurant staff + service quality excellent. Lovely gardens to wander around also. Pool and gym facilities could certainly benefit from some maintenance / improvement as would the area around the hotel this facilitating easier walking route to the shopping mall / bar 99 for watching the football. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happilly return."

"+: newer hotel, elevator, parking on premisies. -: rather hard matress, no breakfast available, coffe machine only for cold coffee, cramped parking - guard only helped with his light finding exit/entrance no help in avoiding dents in the cramped parking. Will not come back."

That said, the location was really bad, the 14 minutes walk advertised to the mall, was aparently measured in swimming distance, as the nearest bridge was almost 3 km away. In fact, unless you have business in the nearby industrial area, this hotel is not close to anything, and certainly not the city. The hotel is also extremely loud. You hear everything that happens on multiple floors and rooms around you. The place...

"Positives first: the hotel is very quiet and has a nice pool. However the area was so far from anything it's half an hours drive from the city. The clerk short changed me twice, and most of the amenities and description on the site is far out of date, and not offered anymore. The place was recently painted, but that is about all the can be said about the state of the room. There was barely any water pressure because the pipes were leaking.
