"Overnight stay in Glenelg. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint which is tiny is that the pillow was a little 'spongy' but that is minor! Also maybe a couple of biscuits to be provided to have with tea/coffee."

Very good value, only real minor issues are there wasn't self-serve laundry (but Mr. Suds was a short walk and 24 hour service!), and the soundproofing was not as good as I'd hope perhaps. Overall neither of these were significant issues, and it was a nice spot. "

"My stay at The Franklin Hotel was great. Friendly staff and nice spacious room a little different than other hotels in a good way. Close to the centre but if you’re a light sleeper request a room away from the street as there is a lot of traffic on Franklin street and you can hear it in your room but I had no trouble sleeping. Will definitely stay there again."
