The 4 bedrooms are all upstairs and very cozy and efficient.

Home Truths:

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

The Neighborhood:

Sunset Park is located less than 1/2 mile away! Here you will find a beautiful sandy beach for swimming and a boat launch to enjoy the water. There is also a children's playground and walking track, along with pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts! This is a perfect spot to have a picnic lunch, or sit by the water and enjoy a spectacular sunset!



For the water enthusiast there is a 40 foot dock available for you to use. Drop your watercraft in at the boat launch at Sunset Park (less than a mile away) and keep it tied up at Lazy Daze Lagoon while you vacation!



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
