"This property is immaculate with great facilities, the pristine kitchen area with free breakfast items is a really nice touch. The staff are very obliging and kept the breakfast items topped up.
There is parking at the front and the property is on a bus route, with a stop just 200 yards away for easy access to the city centre.
Overall a great choice and wouldnt hesitate to stay again."

"Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area."

Our bedroom was comfortable, the shower hot and the food delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - my wife even felt like maybe we had found long lost family. "

The room was very high spec, clean, cosy bedding and good equipment. Especially loved the black out blinds with a remote switch. We’ll definitely be staying here again. "

"Absolutely wonderful but we did have the best room (The Kings Suite) The only thing I would say is the windows need cleaning as the sun was beaming in the morning and it showed them up terribly. But everything else was just amazing from the suite to the art, and all the interest around racing. Breakfast was lovely too. "
