"Good location for accessing local nature, walking distance to one cafe and small driving distance to many more. Quiet with great view of the stars. "

"This property was between Alpine and Terlingua, so it is pretty remote. The area is beautiful and the motel property was cute. The room was clean, my only criticism is the beds were too firm for my liking. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. I definitely recommend."

"Breathtakingly beautiful location. Fun and comfortable room. Although we had a pool in the room it was well designed and thoughtfully managed to keep low chlorine smells. We were impressed by the design of the entire property and plan to visit again. "

"It’s a dark sky National Park, so there’s very little lights and we could not find the RV park but the owners directed us and sat out by the road with their vehicle lights on so we could find them! They went above and beyond!! Highly recommend. "

"This is a tranquil, picturesque property creating an elevated experience. 10 out of 10 recommend. No notes….we can’t wait to get back! "

"WOW! What a fun house. We watched the sunset from the pool and turned around and watched the stars by the campfire. Really enjoyed the eye for detail in the construction of the house. You can even see the stars from your bed or while taking shower outside. We will definitely be back. PS. Thanks for letting us bring Miss Belle. "
